  5. Beautiful pictures. They really show the peace and quiteness of the gardens. In our small country we have a Japanese garden which is only open in the month of May and we visited in the evening, was even more quiet.

  10. Gorgeous! I thought at first that the pink plumes were blooms from a type of grass. I love Japanese gardens - they are so tranquil looking. Thanks for sharing!

  11. We visited Butchart gardens a few years ago for my birthday -- best birthday present ever!! We had dinner at the restaurant with a window seat overlooking the Japanese Gardens. It was just spectacular. Thanks for taking me back for a visit :-)
