  1. Your photos this week are gorgeous! Your blooms look so fresh and colorful. The heat and drought here has left my garden almost colorless, and the heat has also kept me out of the gardens. I don't ever remember a summer like this!! We had a good rain last night, I just hope it wasn't too late.

  4. Even your Stachys byzantina flower is stunning, Tatyana. While the lambs' ears leaves are my grandchildren's favorite, the flower is not mine, but this photo and all your pictures are amazing. P. x

  8. Thank you, thank you everyone! I appreciate your kind words!
Janet, the first plant is Cape Fuchsia, Phygelius. I know, usually, they are yellow. I like this one a lot!

  11. All that moisture in the Pacific Northwest is heavenly nectar for your beautiful blooms. We just got back from a visit there to welcome a new grandson into the world. You garden in paradise Tatyana.

  14. Beautiful photography, I especially like the next to last shot. The purple of the flower (pholx?) is backed up nicely by the black and white behind.

  15. Wonderful pictures Tatyana, and so many blooming things still there in your garden. I think you are having more rain there, as usual. Locked in that drought still, with many flowers taking a summer vacation.

  16. Oh...I have been away too long! Your photos are stunning! The photos are as fresh as the plant life. So lush and green...I feel like the other commenter...the heat has washed out most of the color in my garden! Your outdoor space looks like a dream!

  18. Tatyana, what beautiful flower gardens you have! I'm wondering what the orange flower is? She's a beauty! I'm thinking Dahlia but not sure. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us. I am computer challenged, could we have names of flowers put under the flowers?

  21. Dear Tanya.
    Lovely photos, lovely flowers.
Would you please, please tell me the name of the ´pink plant/flower´?
It´s the photo between the Dahlia and the Hortensia, and the same, second last photo?
I have one myself and NOONE can tell me the name of it. Have never seen it on a blog before.
Do hope you can help me. Thank you so much.
    Best regards Iris, Denmark.
